Salary Range : $120,000-$160,000 base salary depending on experience and location, bonus eligible
Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven talent acquisition leader to play a pivotal role in shaping EverDriven’s future by attracting, assessing, and selecting top talent. Initially, this role will be responsible for hands-on recruitment while also setting the foundation for a best-in-class talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate will have experience staffing SaaS technology organizations, deep expertise in what makes best-in-class talent acquisition functions successful, and the ability to develop EverDriven’s hiring capabilities to ensure we bring in top talent that aligns with our mission and business goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hiring for impact—attracting individuals who are drawn to tech-enabled, mission-driven work and thrive in fast-paced, high growth environments. This position will be based out of our HQ location in Greenwood Village, CO.
Responsibilities :
- Own Full-Cycle Recruitment : Lead sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for critical roles, with an emphasis on technology, product, and business development talent.
- Assess & Select Top Talent : Implement and refine selection methodologies, ensuring hiring managers are equipped to assess skills, culture fit, and long-term impact.
- Build a Best-in-Class TA Function : Establish processes, tools, and metrics that improve speed, quality, and efficiency in hiring.
- Leverage External Recruitment Partners : Work with contingent and retained search firms as needed to support hiring for specialized, executive, or hard-to-fill roles.
- Attract Mission-Driven Talent : Develop and execute strategies to recruit individuals who are motivated by impact and aligned with EverDriven’s purpose.
- Employer Branding : Strengthen EverDriven’s reputation as a top employer for those seeking careers with impact.
- Create a High-Performance, High-Engagement Culture : Ensure we attract and retain top talent by delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
