Position Summary :
EverDriven is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer Specialist to develop and deliver impactful training programs tailored for our sales and field operations teams. This role focuses on crafting and presenting learning solutions aligned with adult learning theories while creating Train-the-Trainer programs to empower leaders and subject matter experts. You will leverage multimedia content, instructional design methodologies, and hands-on delivery to ensure the effectiveness and scalability of our training initiatives. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will ensure that all learning materials and sessions meet organizational goals and enhance team performance.
Salary Range : $90,000 - $120,000 / year, based on experience bonus potential
Location : Hybrid - 3 days / week in HQ office in Greenwood Village
Responsibilities :
- Content Development & Delivery
Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including interactive eLearning modules, video tutorials, workbooks, and knowledge-based articles.
Partner with subject matter experts, product managers, and leadership to gather insights and create tailored training content.
Stay updated with the latest instructional design trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance training effectiveness.
Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of training materials and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
