We are growing and looking for an outstanding individual to add to our CALL CENTER TEAM! Candidates should have a passionate attitude with attention to detail and time management. Must be professional in voice and appearance with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a results-driven environment. Looking for someone with a proven track record in call center setting.
You will be reaching out to homeowners sharing your knowledge. Both warm dialing and cold calling homeowners, setting appointments. You will be building a rapport/relationship generating an interest , need, want and value to protect the biggest financial investment, YOUR HOME. Added responsibilities will have you crossed trained within the department to assist with overflow of inbound calls and daily schedules for inspectors. This is a call center environment with multiple dialers. This requires a candidate who thrives within a fast paced and positive environment. PREVIOUS CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, ATTENDANCE IS CRUCIAL.
