POSITION SUMMARY
In conjunction with IT and various Everence line of business staff, oversee the daily, quarterly, and annual printing requests, including the schedule of print jobs, the printers and supplies, etc. Sort incoming and outgoing mail. Order stock office supplies and maintain warehouse supplies. Clean various conference rooms and cubicles. Serve as backup for other Office Services assistants as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Oversee the corporate print schedule for various lines of business.
- In conjunction with IT, run the print jobs/files according to schedule.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with the printers; maintain printer supplies.
- Sort and deliver incoming mail daily.
- Operate postage machine for outgoing mail.
- Order stock office supplies, special office supply requests, UPS supplies, USPS supplies, stock paper, paper supplies for administrative professionals, and infirmary supplies.
- Keep coffee machine and kitchen supplies clean and stocked.
- Keep the supply room and warehouse neat and orderly.
- Keep conference rooms supplied and cleaned.
- Keep supply closets stocked for the external cleaning crew.
- Assist with deliveries throughout the building from FedEx and UPS.
- Provide backup of folding machine and inserting machine as needed.
- Other added duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Skills and Abilities:
- Must have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability and desire to handle a wide variety of tasks concurrently
- Physically able to lift and move boxes of paper and supplies (a box of paper weighs around 50 lbs.)
- Strong initiative to identify tasks that need to be done and get them done
- Must demonstrate a strong service and team player attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat) and the ability to learn new software as required
- Simple mechanical aptitude to operate office machinery including, but not limited to, printers, folding/inserting machines, mail postage conveyors, etc.
- Flexible and able to work with other projects in Office Services

SCHEDULE: Full-time in-office, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
