Scheduling Manager - Engineering Programs
In this role, you will oversee and enhance the scheduling, risk management, and opportunity identification processes for multiple engineering development programs.
Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring direct reports in program planning, developing and delivering schedule risk assessments and IMS baselines, analyzing critical paths, communicating with stakeholders, and providing recommendations to program leadership.
You will also conduct DCMA 14-Point Analysis, prepare and present findings, implement corrective actions, develop master phasing schedules, support proposal planning, and develop a comprehensive Risk and Opportunity process.
To succeed in this position, you will need extensive experience in program management, particularly within the Department of Defense sector, proficiency in Microsoft Project and scheduling tools, and exceptional communication skills.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Inglewood, CA, with a salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in program management, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and expertise in DCMA 14-Point Assessment methodologies and practices.
