About the Role
We are seeking a motivated professional with a passion for continuous innovation to join our team as an Architect. In this role you will be responsible for delivering Automaton Service engagements as well as developing innovative technical solutions that advance our Cloud Automation use cases and Dynatrace service offerings.
What Youll Be Doing :
- Endtoend execution and implementation of Dynatrace solutions on complex customer environments OnPrem / Cloud / Hybrid Cloud
- Involve in projects needing Dynatrace solution from inception poc to complete implementation.
- Involve in TechnoPresales Activities and Solution Designing of various Enterprise IT estates of customers from different domains
- Should document resolved issues in an effective manner for knowledge management crosstrain peers with tool usage and assist in creation of bestpractices work independently on multiple assignments proactively prioritizing focus and effort
- Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management to the prospective clients.
- Should understand the challenges of customers coordinate with vendor & Offshore team for a customized solution
- Bring in best practices of the product to leverage the capabilities to the best.
- Understanding of evolution and trends in the area of AIOps closing following the life cycle of new features of Dynatrace
