Title: Senior Manager, Workday & HR Operations – Warren, NJ Company: Everest Global Services, Inc. Job Category: Human Resources Job Description: Serve as technical subject matter expert for researching, troubleshooting, and resolving Workday data and system processing issues. Analyze, design, recommend and implement technology solutions. Monitor and streamline Workday business process workflow, maintain supervisory structure and core system configurations and respond to ticket support requests. Oversee testing and implementation of technical and software updates. Load data using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), review data migrations and data mapping onto Workday. Coordinate with technology team on Workday projects on areas like Human Capital Management (HCM), Compensation and Advanced Compensation and Performance. Assess, strategize and manage relevant Workday releases and future functionality in partnership with HR customers. Lead Workday technical projects as required, monitor project plan progress, create status reports and communicate progress to relevant company stakeholders. Educate business users on system changes being implemented. Ensure data, process, and system compliance and escalate issues to appropriate company personnel. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a Workday administration role. Prior experience must include five (5) years of experience in/with: Workday HCM Suite to manage employee processes; using Workday Security policies and modules to implement, maintain, and update company security policies; Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Suite tools (dashboards, reports surveys, benchmarks) to inform compensation decision-making and assist with compensation planning initiatives. Prior experience must include three (3) years in/with: Workday implementation and data migration; implementing standard processes and controls to main data integrity across HR systems; troubleshooting data and system processing issues; Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC); collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in an enterprise environment. This is remote-hybrid role.
