Role Description: The Agile Project Manager (APM) is responsible for leading, managing, and delivering projects in an agile environment, ensuring that teams adhere to agile principles and values while meeting project goals and stakeholder expectations. The APM facilitates collaboration, removes impediments, manages timelines, and ensures effective communication between stakeholders, their development team(s), and Product Owners. We are seeking an APM to support project execution and coordination efforts for Human Resources portfolio investment initiatives and Business- As -Usual backlog management. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with experience in project management support, particularly within HCM and Payroll implementations. Key Responsibilities: Project planning and execution: Plan, manage, and deliver projects using agile and traditional methodologies. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, product financials, and resource allocations. Track and communicate project/initiative progress to stakeholders. Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide team priorities. Identify and address risks and impediments hindering project/team progress and collaborate with team to develop mitigation strategies and ensure a smooth workflow. Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Provide coaching and mentorship on Agile principles and values. Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in processes. Facilitate team preparation for quarterly PI planning and ensure alignment with business goals. Encourage effective communication and cooperation among team members and stakeholders. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation resources related to initiatives. Identify and Remediate Risks: Take ownership of recognizing and mitigating potential risks. Hands-on understanding of the why and how-to for lean/agile methodologies, including use of ALM tools such as Jira to track/report on work. Work effectively in hybrid software delivery environment. Removes obstacles, protects focus, prioritizes work, and mitigates risks to drive improvement and value. Strong foundation in project management principles, including scope, time, cost, quality, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. Hands-on understanding of the why and how-to for lean/agile methodologies, including use of ALM tools such as Jira to track/report on work. Work effectively in hybrid software delivery environment. Removes obstacles, protects focus, prioritizes work, and mitigates risks to drive improvement and value. Requirements: Relevant higher education in project management, business, or a related field. 5 years of project management experience, preferably in an international setting. Proven experience working as an Agile Project Manager (or equivalent role), with a focus on HCM Solutions. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Agile problem-solving mindset, able to diagnose and resolve project-related issues promptly. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
