As a Remodeling Brand Ambassador at Everest Home Improvement, you'll play a vital role in representing our values and fostering a positive brand image.
Your responsibilities include :
- Face-to-Face Marketing : Engage with potential customers and promote brand awareness.
- Field Check-In : Ensure overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Call Center Training : Utilize the Buildertrend platform for effective communication.
- Drip Campaigns : Create and manage drip campaigns for effective communication.
- Scheduling Production : Coordinate production scheduling process.
- Customer Care Process : Communicate effectively with customers throughout the process.
- Social Media Engagement : Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Visiting Customers : Build trusted relationships and gather testimonials.
- Community Engagement : Participate in community events and outreach programs.
