Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their remodeling needs and provide expert guidance on solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Present and explain project estimates, proposals, and contracts with clarity and confidence.
- Utilize digital tools and CRM systems for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting. • Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure client expectations align with project execution.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and growth mindset, continuously learning and adapting to industry trends.
Qualifications

- Experience in residential construction and/or remodeling sales is preferred but not required! We welcome team members with a growth mindset willing to learn and grow with our company.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Digitally competent, comfortable using CRM software, communication platforms, and sales tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, balancing multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
