AM Hotel Breakfast Attendant/Server PT

Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and professional AM Server/ Breakfast Attendant to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. The AM Server/ Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience. The AM Server/ Breakfast Attendant will also be responsible for setting up the TRU breakfast area and ensuring that breakfast doesn't run out. This requires minimal cooking and mostly preparation and restocking throughout the hotel breakfast hours. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

5AM-2PM Shift Availability Required

Weekend Availability Required

Sundays and Thursday Required

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service

• Prepares food for TRU continental breakfast

• Ensures that the breakfast area stays stocked throughout shift

• Take orders when scheduled for Hilton Garden Inn restaurant and serve food and drinks, including making recommendations and answering questions about menu items

• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables and washing dishes and utensils

• Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 
  Minimum of 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar role

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills
