Everest Insurance®, the insurance division of Everest Group, Ltd. is seeking a Head of Insurance Operations based in its global headquarters in Warren, NJ. As a key member of the Insurance leadership team reporting to the Global Chief Operations Officer, you will play a vital role in overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes and be accountable for delivering a market leading customer experience for our distribution partners and insureds.
This position will lead the operations function for Everest Insurance in North America (US, Canada, Bermuda). This includes accountability for the staff and key processes in the following functions :
- Underwriting Service Operations
- Premium Audit
- Field and Client Services
- Business Process Optimization
- Statistical Reporting, Compliance, and Agency Services
Essential Job Functions
Leadership and management of the above functions along with sponsorship to deliver various initiatives in support of Everest's financial objectives. The fundamental areas of engagement for this position include :
