The Financial Systems Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the Oracle EPM team
- Implementing and recommending process changes/improvements within the financial close process
- Providing subject matter expertise on Oracle EPM related activities
- Researching and developing future enhancements and system capabilities
- Configuring application components including reconciliations, reports, security, and process management modules
- Managing integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations)
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
- A minimum of 7 years of financial systems experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Financials
- Oracle Cloud Experience Preferred
