Job Title : Machine Line Operator

Location : Bensenville, IL

Pay : Starting at $17.00 / hour, with potential earnings up to $21.55 / hour

Job Overview :

We are hiring Machine Line Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts in Bensenville, IL. If you have experience in machine operation or production and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production.
  • Perform quality checks to meet production standards.
  • Address minor mechanical issues and notify supervisors as needed.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in machine operation or production is required .
  • Strong attention to detail and independent work ethic.
  • Physically able to stand, bend, and lift during the shift.
  • Must pass E-Verify , background check, and drug screening.

    • Shifts & Pay Details :

    1st Shift :

  • Hours : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM
  • Pay : $17.00 / hour (increases to $17.80 / hour after 60 days)

    • 2nd Shift :

  • Hours : 3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM
  • Pay : $17.00 / hour (increases to $17.80 / hour after 60 days)

    • Additional $1.50 / hour shift differential and $2.25 / hour overtime differential

  • Potential earnings : Up to $21.55 / hour
