- Experience in retail IT systems help desk and support
- Perform first-level troubleshooting
- Partner with Store Technologies Management to address service level escalations as required.
- Utilize available resources for prompt resolution of POS related issues.
- Develop relationships with key BPs in all departments within responsibility areas
- Timely communication and feedback to Operations Business Partners, CA&C and other IT groups
- Track and Trend all issues using Service centre.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and installations
- Partner with Store Technologies Management to address service level escalations as required.
- Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with several vendors
- Partner with Store Technologies Management to ensure vendors promptly complete objectives and successfully meet deadlines.
