Key responsibilities:
- Machine setup: Prepare the dyeing machine by loading fabric, selecting appropriate dye formulas, and setting parameters like temperature, time, and chemical concentrations according to specifications.
- Dye mixing: Accurately mix dye solutions based on color recipes, ensuring proper consistency and concentration.
- Machine operation: Monitor machine functions, including dye circulation, temperature control, and fabric movement, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.
- Quality control: Inspect dyed materials for color consistency, shade variations, and defects, taking samples for quality checks as required.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor machine malfunctions, reporting more complex issues to maintenance personnel.
