Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Title Agent Processing Assistant to join our team in office. The successful candidate will support our Title Agents by handling various administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions. This role is critical in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of title services and requires a candidate with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Preparation and Review: Assist in preparing and reviewing title documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This includes deeds, mortgages, lien releases, and other related documents.
Data Entry: Accurately enter and update transaction information into our title management system.
Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, lenders, real estate agents, and Title Agents, facilitating clear and timely communication to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Coordinate and use multiple email addresses to complete daily functions.
Title Searches: Assist in identifying any potential issues or encumbrances.
File Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and closings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing updates on the status of their transactions.
Compliance: Ensure all documents and processes comply with legal standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in real estate, title insurance, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate, title, or legal industry is required.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheet, Gmail or Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SoftPro software is a plus.

Working Conditions:
