Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as accidents or medical emergencies, and provide assistance as needed
- Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals on the premises
- Perform access control duties by verifying identification and granting or denying entry as necessary
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns or incidents
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols is a plus
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment is beneficial
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
- First aid, CPR, or other relevant certifications are desirable
