*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. *Duties* - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. - Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. - Take accurate orders using the Aloha POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff. - Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. - Ensure all food is handled according to safety and sanitation standards. - Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. - Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations. *Qualifications* - Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining settings, is preferred. - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. - Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. - Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including during busy nightclub hours. - Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. - Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers. Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
