Experience Required-

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Motorcycle Apparel Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be very outgoing, have a passion for motorcycles, in-depth knowledge of motorcycle apparel, strong organizational skills, and an outgoing personality. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining an organized sales floor, and ensuring customers find the right apparel for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and wants. Provide expert advice on motorcycle apparel and accessories, ensuring each customer receives a personalized shopping experience.
• Sales: Assist customers in selecting products that fit their style and safety requirements. Upsell additional products and accessories as appropriate. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in motorcycle apparel. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product features, benefits, and fitting techniques.
• Inventory Management: Organize and manage inventory levels. Ensure that products are properly stocked, displayed, and rotated according to store policies.
• Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays that highlight new arrivals and promotional items. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by offering excellent service and follow-up support. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Promotions and Events: Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions and events. Engage with the motorcycle community to drive store traffic and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in motorcycle apparel or a related field, is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Personality Traits:
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Enthusiastic about motorcycles and motorcycle culture.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.

Must be available between hours of Tu-Sat 8am-6pm
Full-time Seasonal
Pay dependent on experience
