Description
EVEREVE is seeking a Sourcing and Production Coordinator experienced in women’s apparel. This role will support the development and execution of the product life cycle strategy for the Evereve brand to create the best overall value in terms of product, price, lead-time, and quality. This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to be a continuous problem solver and work well cross-functionally in partnership with Design, Technical Design, Buyers, Marketing and Planning.
The ideal person for this role will be a team player with exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills, strategic thinking abilities and great organizational skills focused on attention to detail and follow-through. They will be a builder, creative problem solver and comfortable in a more entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements
Key Roles and Responsibilities are, but are not limited to :
Sourcing & Vendor Management :
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to facilitate communication and development of fabrics, trims, and other materials.
- Support regular vendor evaluations to ensure quality standards and compliance with production timelines.
Production Coordination :
Manage and track timelines, ensuring deadlines are met for sampling, production and marketing samples.Support communication with manufacturers to monitor production status and elevate issues to manager and / or appropriate team.Track and support the pre-production approval process, ensuring alignment with design specifications.Communicate approvals to suppliers and facilitate clear communication during the process.Coordinate sample deliveries and approvals across teams.Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.Provide production status updates and reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams such as design, merchandising, and marketing to ensure products align with design requests and business goals.Develop a deep understanding of the Evereve brand, our mission and our Customer’s needs and lifestyle to inform and create relevant products and solutions.Qualifications :
