Job Title : Account Executive - Federal Civilian Market

Location : Herndon, VA (Hybrid)

Position Overview : The Account Executive for the Federal Civilian market will be responsible for driving sales and expanding Everfox's presence within federal civilian agencies, with a particular emphasis on Cross Domain Solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker who possesses a deep understanding of the federal market, excels in building strong relationships, and has a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new business opportunities within federal civilian agencies.
  • Account Management : Develop and maintain key account plans that outline how sales targets will be met. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including senior procurement executives and decision-makers.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve assigned sales goals. Present solution-based proposals to prospective clients, addressing their business challenges and requirements with a focus on promoting and selling access and transfer cross-domain solutions.
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline. Report on sales activity, update CRM notes, and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive threats.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including product management, technical support, and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are successfully adopted.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the federal civilian market. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge : Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and the competitive landscape within the federal civilian market. Possess a strategic understanding of the technical and security requirements of cross domain solutions and the problems that cross domain solutions solve for Fed / Civ customers. Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate how Cross Domain Solutions can help drive digital transformation efforts.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Attributes : Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of innovative solution selling.

    The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
