Position : Senior Network Manager
Location : Richardson TX, Salt Lake City UT, Herndon VA OR Remote
Job Summary
Lead our network infrastructure team in collaborating, implementing, and maintaining robust network solutions that power our business operations. You'll oversee a team of engineers, drive strategic networking initiatives, and establish standards that balance performance, security, and scalability across our enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the network infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives and IT roadmap
- Lead a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance management
- Establish network architecture standards, policies, and procedures for enterprise-wide implementation
- Oversee the design and implementation of complex network solutions including SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, and Zero Trust Security frameworks
- Manage relationships with MSPs, vendors, and technology partners to maximize value and service quality
- Direct network security initiatives including firewall management, threat mitigation, and compliance with NIST 800-171 and CMMC requirements
- Optimize network performance, reliability, and availability through proactive monitoring and capacity planning
- Lead IT disaster recovery planning and testing for network infrastructure components
- Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for network infrastructure

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs.
