Responsibilities:
- Identify errors or discrepancies and resolve before posting
- Process invoices, credit memos, check requests and expense reports for payment
- Research and resolve any outstanding balances on accounts
- Reconciliations, attaining approvals, account coding verification and data analysis
- Work within deadlines while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail
- Ensure A/P invoices have appropriate approvals
- Follow all Global AP guidelines and processes
- Apply understanding of Quality System Requirements in executing job duties.
- Model and encourage employee involvement in continuous process improvement.
Education/Experience Required:
- High School degree required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Prior experience in accounts payable or accounting preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and excellent communication skills required.
- Proven ability to communicate and work well in team environments
- At least 1 year of related experience
Physical Requirements:
- Light work: Physically handle objects up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
Work Environment:
- Office Setting - Open layout with assigned work station or office
Travel:
- Not required
