Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct repairs on appliances, fixtures, and furniture as needed.
- Install or replace doors, windows, and flooring materials.
- Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Skills
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting techniques.
