Job Title: Funder I
Department: FreedomRoad Financial Operations
Reports To: Funding Team Leader
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Summary
This position’s responsibilities will include completing daily loan funding checklists, daily funding of dealer funding packets, and providing strong customer service to motorsport dealers for indirect motorsport loans. Other tasks may include building customer files and general clerical duties (filing, scanning, faxing).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Ensure operational integrity through compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
· Review and complete incoming loan funding checklists in a timely and accurate fashion.
· Review and process loan documentation and dealer funding packages in a timely and accurate fashion.
· Ensure loan packages are complete and all stipulations have been satisfied. Collect missing documents or follow up on stipulations from dealers.
· Consult with Funder II and Funder III positions if any funding issues arise.
· Answer dealer calls with strong customer service skills.
· General clerical duties: filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
· Maintain minimum daily level of funded loan activity.
· Maintain consistent attendance.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 1-2 years of experience in indirect lending or similar position; bank experience or of equivalent experience preferred.
· 10 key or data entry skills helpful.
· Meet or exceed department established productivity standards while completing all of the duties listed associated with the position.
· Maintain a department quality standard while completing all of the duties associated with the position.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Strong time management skills.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
· Work frequently consists of repetitive motions.
· Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory duties.
