Responsibilities:

As a Home Improvement Sales Representative, your role will include:

• Conducting thorough home inspections to assess needs for roofing, windows, pavers, roof rejuvenation, and roof coating.
• Providing homeowners with customized recommendations based on your findings.
• Managing your sales pipeline and following up on leads from start to finish.
• Building relationships with homeowners to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
• Presenting proposals, closing sales, and driving revenue growth for the company.
• Using our in-house CRM to track customer interactions and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Collaborating with the project management team to ensure successful project completion..

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude with the determination to earn a high income.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidates!
• Ability to assess home improvement needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Highly organized and able to manage your own schedule and leads.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
• Physical ability to climb roofs for inspections (for roofing-related projects).
