Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth within the roofing and solar industries.
- Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve sales reps’ skills and performance.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and success-driven sales culture.
- Regularly report team progress, challenges, and successes to leadership.
- Perform home inspections to assess customer needs.
- Provide expert recommendations and guide homeowners through home improvement options.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and close sales after thorough assessments.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for inspections and signed contracts.
- Manage and grow your sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Communicate regularly with leadership and homeowners throughout the sales process.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a strong ability to lead and drive sales teams to success.
- Solid background in outside sales, with preference for experience in roofing, solar, or construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-sufficient, organized, and goal-oriented with the ability to drive results.
- Ability to safely climb roofs and assess damage.
- A valid FL driver’s license and reliable transportation.
