Home Renovation Sales Specialist Roofing & Solar

Evergreen Building & Construction is seeking an experienced Home Renovation Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting in-home consultations, and closing sales for our home renovation, roofing, and solar energy services.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Scheduling and conducting in-home consultations with potential customers
• Assessing customer needs and recommending the best home renovation, roofing, or solar energy solutions
• Preparing detailed project proposals and closing sales
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing excellent service
• Collaborating with our construction team to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in home improvement, roofing, or solar sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to listen, ask questions, and understand customer needs
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
