What You'll Do :
As the Assistant Nursing Director, you will work directly with the Director of Nursing to establish and meet clinical program goals that reflect our mission. Your leadership will be vital in improving our standards of care, enhancing resident well-being, and fostering a positive culture within our facility.
Your role includes overseeing the daily clinical operations of the center, ensuring compliance, coordination of care, and maximizing patient and family satisfaction. During the Director of Nursing's absence, you will take on all responsibilities and duties associated with that position.
Work Schedule : 3pm-11pm
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance
- Inspire and guide a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans and protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident care
- Act as the operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents
- Participate in monitoring quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care
