What You'll Do :
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your responsibilities are essential to the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, give medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and help implement care plans effectively.
Work Schedule : 3 PM - 11 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Administering medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
- Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and medical information
- Working with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute care plans
- Providing wound care and nursing interventions as necessary
- Supervising and guiding Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in patient care
- Ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols
