What You’ll Do :
As a Licensed Practical Nurse Specialist, you will be essential in promoting the health and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities include providing direct nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring effective execution of care plans.
Work Schedule : 3-11pm
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.
- Supervise and mentor Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering high-quality care.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols.
