Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced nursing professional to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor at the Evergreen Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will oversee facility operations, staffing assignments, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading an Interdisciplinary Team to Deliver High-Quality Care
- Overseeing Daily Operations, Including Staffing Assignments and Resource Allocation
- Collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team to Develop and Implement Care Plans
- Conducting Regular Assessments and Audits to Maintain Quality Standards
- Providing Mentorship, Training, and Support to Nursing Staff
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Valid State Nursing License
- An Advanced Degree or Certification (Preferred)
- Experience in a Supervisory or Leadership Role in Long-Term Care (Preferred)
- A Compassionate and Empathetic Approach to Patient Care
- Strong Clinical, Leadership, Organizational, and Decision-Making Skills
