SEASONAL POSITION - Not more than 9 months, weather permitting. We plan this season to be March 24th through December 12th. Average hours per week last season were 35. This season is expected to be more. Start time for most of this season is 8:30am, earlier is preferred. Must be able to operate Ford F550 dually diesel. Truck is 22' long.

The Power Wash Technician is the main role at Evergreen Exteriors that provides pressure washing and soft washing of commercial and residential property.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide exterior cleaning services for commercial and residential property.
Understand the equipment, methods, and building material related to the pressure washing and soft washing industries. Equipment may include small hand tools, such as: hoses, fittings, pump sprayers, razors, and ladders to larger items, such as work trucks, lifts, and small engines.
Knowledge and use of chemicals to support the cleaning process is very important to this position. We use a variety of chemicals to clean, so may be hazardous if not used properly.
Work is outside. We work through light rain, colder days, wind, ect. Work may be at height requiring ladders or mechanical lifts. ABILITY TO SAFELY OPERATE ARTICULATING BOOM LIFT IS REQUIRED. Lift training and certification is provided.
When possible extended poles up to 40' may be used requiring significant upper body strength.
Assure jobs are completed to established quality and efficiency standards.
Point of contact for communicating to client and office while onsite.
Receive ongoing technical training to improve quality and efficiency.
Often phone or video calls are required while onsite with office and/or supervisor for planning.
Communicate timely supply orders to supervisor to maintain sufficient supply for upcoming work.
Perform routine equipment maintenance to keep equipment operating smoothly.
Responsible for adherence to policies and procedures, including safety guidance and reporting.
Understanding the rules and regulations specific to the cleaning and maintenance industry is imperative to keeping staff and worksites safe. Rules and regulations may pertain to OSHA or other specific details required during onsite work or in certain jurisdictions.

Education, Certifications and Experience
Required
Be able to obtain government clearances and certifications.
Minimum of 3 years in a service environment.
Minimum of 3 years stable work history.
Must keep a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and daily access to privately maintained vehicle.
Must be able to pass DOT medical examination.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to become Adult First Aid/CPR certified and receive other trainings within specified timeframes.
At least a high school degree or GED.
Preferred
At least 1 year work experience in an exterior cleaning trade or lawncare/landscaping. Other experience in property maintenance may apply.
Prior experience as a contractor or working for one.
Certification with a property/facility maintenance or labor-intensive focus.
Work Environment
Physical demands are a full range of ambulation, including: walking and standing, climbing, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, repetitive bending, lifting and moving objects (maximum of 80lbs with out reasonable accommodation), and repetitive arm movements.
Travel to and from client locations using company vehicle is required.
Maintain building access and security, including keys, fobs, and codes.
Uniforms, provided by Evergreen Exteriors, must be worn during work hours.

May be required to work occasional weekend day (4 days in 2024) and extended hours as needed.
