Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for a part-time painter
This is a fast-paced environment, requiring multi-tasking and self-motivated physical labor. As the painter, you will report directly to the Director of Maintenance. Further, you will be tasked with assisting in the overall organization of the Maintenance Department.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Actively take part in the interior and exterior maintenance of the building which consists of the main building and grounds.
- carrying out preventative maintenance
- record keeping
