Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our music education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music and a commitment to fostering a love for music in students of all ages. This position involves teaching children and adults, developing individualized lesson plans, and creating an engaging learning environment that encourages musical growth.

Duties

• Teach lessons to students of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
• Develop customized lesson plans that cater to the individual needs and goals of each student.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student engagement and enthusiasm for learning.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Incorporate various teaching methods, including music theory, sight-reading, and ear training.
• Organize recitals or performances to showcase student achievements and build confidence.
• Maintain open communication with students and their families regarding progress and any areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a teacher or in a related field such as tutoring or adult education.
• Strong knowledge of music theory, techniques, and performance skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children, utilizing skills in behavior management and childhood development.
• Experience in curriculum development is a plus, particularly for creating engaging lesson plans.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students of all ages.
• A degree in music education or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay: $38.80 - $41.45 per hour
