What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Manager position at Evergreen Construction Company, Inc.?
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Claims Manager to manage insurance claims creation and processing for our growing roofing and home exteriors construction company. This is a ground floor opportunity to contribute to company success by owning and refining all aspects of our insurance claims process for storm damage restoration projects.
The Claims Manager Will Be Responsible For
Managing and ensuring efficient and timely processing of claims.
Analyzing and reviewing claims, creating supplements, and managing claims to ensure they are settled in a timely manner.
Managing the Guaranteed Repair Plan (GRP) claims program.
Establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Primary point of contact between the company and our customers.
Previous Experience In Claims And Supplement Administration Is Required.
Proven knowledge of estimating software, such as Xactimate, Symbility, Core Logic, or CTSO is required.
Proficiency with MS Office applications is required, with knowledge of AccuLynx is a plus
Ability to multi-task and excel in an independent fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license required and proof of vehicle registration
