Landscape Operations/Project Manager

Evergreen Earthcare is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work. This person is responsible for taking our plans, schedules and staffs and executing projects proficiently. Efficiency can be gained on the maintenance side, but this person is going to be charged with scheduling projects, gathering plants and equipment, and communicating with vendors and customers to ensure a seamless process.

Evergreen Earthcare is a commercial and residential ful- service landscaping company. We have experienced substantial growth in the last two years, and don’t see that letting up anytime soon. The standard of service we deliver is loved by our clients, and we are excited to bring in this additional layer of management to help us meet the growing needs of our current and future clients.

Landscaping Requirements:

• Must be able to lead a team of 4 to 6
• Valid Driver’s license
• Must be able to work in a team setting.
• Must have substantial irrigation experience.
• Must be punctual and efficient.
• Must be able to work outside in various conditions.
• Must be able to work extended hours.
• Knowledge plant material a plus.
• Experience transporting and operating Heavy Equipment
• Must have 3-5 years of landscaping experience

Job Duties:

• Ensure operations are carried out in a safe, and efficient manner
• Schedule projects/installs with appropriate staff, equipment and material
• Oversee projects/installs
• Maintain maintenance equipment and proper logs
• Transport Rented or Purchased equipment
• Communicate courteously and timely with customers
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Grow with company while maintaining a high standard of service

Competitive pay based on Experience

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
