Key Responsibilities:
- Draft construction drawings for industrial buildings, foundations, and equipment support structures.
- Prepare building permit packages, including title sheets, code studies, and egress plans.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members.
- May involve some mechanical or electrical drafting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; 5 years for a designer role.
- Associate’s Degree in Drafting Technology or equivalent experience with CAD proficiency.
- Extensive knowledge of Industrial Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience with construction drawings for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
- Experience in industries like wood products, chemical, or metals manufacturing is advantageous.
- Previous construction industry experience is a plus.
Schedule and Benefits:
- Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with flexible schedule options, including half day Fridays. Initial expectation is to be in-office, with available telecommuting or hybrid option after adequate onboarding.
