We are seeking a Per-diem X-ray Technician to join our Primary Care and Sports Medicine practices in Williston. This role involves working closely with our practitioners, requiring strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and a passion for sports-related healthcare. X-ray Technicians will be responsible for capturing high-quality imaging data to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of sports-related injuries. This position encompasses various responsibilities, including conducting imaging procedures, collaborating with physicians during examinations, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout the imaging process. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in sports medicine and primary care, excellent attention to detail, and proficient technical skills in operating X-ray equipment. Additionally, strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the care and recovery of athletes while working in a dynamic and collaborative practice.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process to them
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Assist physicians in interpreting images and making diagnoses
- Keep accurate records of all procedures and patient information
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Associate's degree in radiologic technology or a related field
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Experience in sports medicine and primary care
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
