Registered Nurse (RN)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Evergreen Family Health is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our primary care practice in Williston, VT. As part of our clinical team, you’ll support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages.
Responsibilities include:
Rooming patients, taking vitals, and reviewing medical history
Assisting with procedures and care coordination
Administering vaccines, medications, and performing phlebotomy
Triage of patient calls and messages
Supporting clinical documentation and follow-up tasks
Qualifications:
Active Vermont RN license (required)
BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Primary care or outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and EHR skills
