The Opportunity
This opportunity as a PIN Clerk in the Killeen, Texas area is perfect for someone with data processing experience. This individual will perform a variety of administrative and data processing functions, including serving as the first point of contact with internal and external customers; overall processing and administration of Fort Cavazos PIN issuance; reporting; correspondence; and office maintenance at Fort Cavazos.

The Opportunity
This opportunity as a PIN Clerk in the Killeen, Texas area is perfect for someone with data processing experience. The Responsibilities
- Ensures effective communications with management, callers, customers, and staff
- Answers phones and provides needed information or directs callers to the appropriate parties
- Expedites and ensures accuracy with all administrative correspondence
- Issues proximity cards and PINs to customers appropriately
- Reviews and approves government paperwork per standards
- Coordinates requests for information from internal and external customers
- Completes administrative duties as needed
- Completes data entry
- Prepares documentation for management as requested
- Maintains files, tracking logs, reports, spreadsheets, and special projects
- An active US government clearance
- Valid state driver’s license
- Prior experience working on government contracts or military bases
