We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Car Biller to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive accounting and proficiency in maintaining schedules, general ledger (GL) practices, and processing vehicle transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Dealertrack experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all retail and lease sales
- Audit sales documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with the Finance Department to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle trade-in paperwork and issue payoff checks promptly.
- Maintain accurate commission logs using existing Excel templates.
- Ensure schedules remain accurate, clean, and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive accounting within an automotive office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Professional interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is a must!
Pay rate will be based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
