The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Body Shop Painter for our Evergreen Ford dealership in Issaquah, WA.

As a Body Shop Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and applying paint to vehicles with precision and efficiency. This role requires an individual with an eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and paint vehicles to manufacturer and company standards.
- Identify and correct any defects in surfaces before painting.
- Operate painting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Mix paints accurately using automated paint-mixing systems.
- Maintain and clean all painting, coating, and ventilation equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Body Shop Manager.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Experience in automotive painting or refinishing (certification is an asset).
- Strong understanding of painting materials, methods, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
