Starting pay range is $20.00 - $22.00/hour, based on experience. Full medical and dental offered as well as sick leave and vacation pay.

Desired Qualifications:
· Clean background check and three positive references (Required by DSHS)
· HCA/CNA (Required)
· CPR/1st Aid
· Food Handler Card
· Blood Borne Pathogens and/or HIV/AIDS training
· Dementia Training
· Orientation & Safety Training
· Up-to-date Continuing Education Credits
· Nurse Delegation & Nurse Delegation with Diabetes (Preferred)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
