Your Adventure Awaits: Responsibilities
- Be the Master of Ceremonies: Energize the crowd with dynamic introductions and announcements that set the tone for the event.
- Engage the Audience: Use your charisma to keep attendees engaged.
- Reflect and Shine: After the event, share your insights in a feedback session to help us grow and improve!
What We’re Looking For:
- A commitment to just one event.
- Availability for 2 hours of remote planning the week before the big day, plus 4-8 hours of exciting engagement on a weekend.
- You will need to attend a mandatory online training session to get you ready!
Your Skill Set:
- Keen attention to detail to ensure every announcement gets communicated at the right time.
- Excellent communication and people skills that’ll shine through at every interaction!
- Previous experience in event hosting is a plus, but not required—just bring your enthusiasm and energy!
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt on the fly—it’s all part of the adventure!

About Evergreen Hearts
Evergreen Hearts is an all-volunteer non-profit dedicated to empowering individuals in non-traditional relationships to thrive and create their envisioned lives. We offer educational events focusing on polyamory and non-monogamy, covering essential topics such as personal development, relationship dynamics, and effective communication. We also host social events and maintain a vendor booth at festivals to raise awareness about polyamory.
