Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Utilize electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair issues with logic controllers and other electrical components.
- Read and interpret schematics to effectively diagnose problems and implement solutions.
- Operate tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical circuits and components.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or improvements within the facility.
- Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all maintenance needs are met promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, logic controllers, and schematic reading.
- Experience supervising projects or teams is preferred.
- Ability to fabricate parts or make modifications as necessary for repairs.
