What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mow Crew Lead position at Evergreen Landscape & Construction LLC.?
We're looking for an additional lead to run our maintenance mow crews. If you have a positive perspective, are hard working, enjoy nature and can be a team leader, then this is the place for you!
- Responsible for leading a crew of 2-4 members.
- Maintains lawns, including mowing, trimming, thatching, and edging properties.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment while taking care of client properties and taking pride in the end results of their work.
- Complete needed services onsite.
- Coach team members to develop skills, work efficiently and gain fluidity as a team.
- Ensure all team members have the tools, resources and required training to accurately meet the service demands of our customers.
Depending on experience, there is a possibility of working 4/10's vs. 5/8's.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is a must
- Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience
- Experience driving a truck and trailer is a must.
- General knowledge of equipment.
- Ability to safely operate equipment such as a Z-turn and Honda mower, weed eater, blower, pruners, aerators and trimmers.
- Ability to lift and carry over 80 lbs. throughout the day.
- Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
