Landscape Laborer-
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking experienced Landscape Foreman / Operations Manager and Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, trimming, and fertilization.
• Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed.
• Assist in landscape maintenance including weeding, mulching, and edging.
• Carry out groundskeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces.
• Irrigate plants and lawns according to established schedules and requirements.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or similar role is REQUIRED
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is essential.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions or tasks.

Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
