Business Development Administrator


Evergreen Maker, a sister company of Red Cedar Homes, is a rapidly growing provider of turnkey and wholesale solutions for cabinets, countertops, flooring, and specialty hardware components to residential and commercial construction companies. Evergreen Maker is quickly becoming an exclusive supplier for some of the largest builders in Charlotte & surrounding markets.

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Administrator in Charlotte, North Carolina, to support our efforts in tracking potential builders that Evergreen & Maker can sell to and assist with general business tasks. The ideal candidate will be eager to develop new business opportunities and foster existing accounts, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.


Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze potential builders and clients for business development opportunities.

• Assist in maintaining and updating a database of prospective and current clients.

• Assist by identifying new leads and preparing relevant documentation.

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

• Help organize and coordinate business development activities, including meetings, presentations, and events.

• Prepare and manage reports on business development activities and progress.

• Assist in implementing strategies to attract new clients.

• Maintain effective communication with prospective and existing clients to foster strong business relationships.

• Assist with general administrative tasks to support business operations.

• Participate in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives to drive company growth.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Traits:

Related education or experience preferred.

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Problem solver capable of independently finding solutions or working with team members when needed.

Must be a detail-oriented team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload.

Possess a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel preferred

Basic familiarity with inventory management software’s preferred.

Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills

Able to professionally perform multiple detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, standard daytime hours; 8 am - 5 pm. Occasional weekend work may be required

Job Type: Full-time, averaging 40 hours per week

Salary Range:

$55,000-$60,000

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

Charlotte, NC: Ability to reliably commute or willingness to relocate

Work Environment:

Office environment with limited exposure to connected Warehouse environment containing tools, heavy machinery, and product.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift standard supplies typically found in an office environment up to 25 pounds.
